The kitchen is led by Mauro, a family member and co-founder of the agriturismo. Mauro is among the top 20 Agrichefs in Campania, recognized by the Campagna Amica Coldiretti network. With passion and dedication, he constantly seeks innovative combinations, highlighting the local Sorrentine ingredients renowned for their authentic taste and genuineness.
