Our Wheat
The story of a pasta that smells like wheat.
We grow wheat in Melfi, Basilicata, following our production philosophy of quality and Made in Italy.
Our pasta, available in various shapes, holds the IGP certification thanks to processing in Gragnano.
We like to call our pasta “Agricultural Pasta” because it comes from our direct involvement in the durum wheat supply chain, with the conviction of guaranteeing zero-kilometer food and 100% authentic Made in Italy products.
To ensure this, there are no contracts with farmers — because we are the farmers!
And if it’s true that the aroma, taste, and texture of pasta mainly depend on the raw material, to make the best pasta we decided to produce the best wheat: milled locally by Campania mills and crafted by the skilled hands of Gragnano pasta makers, the European cradle of IGP-certified pasta.
Those who choose our pasta are not just choosing the Gragnano method, but the Quality and Origin of the raw materials. This is our most important value.
We commit to it daily with passion and dedication, because our pasta is not just simple pasta — it’s the story of a pasta that smells of earth, life, and wheat.
